Your role:
- Execution of sales trainings in class and online for a premium automotive brand
- Development and adaption of training concepts
Your qualifications:
- Well-developed training skills and practical experience in conducting coachings and trainings in the automotive sector
- Skills in dialog reception and customer care
- Knowledge of sales process organization, sales marketing, sales techniques and sales KPIs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing), persuasive power, assertiveness and ability to challenge processes and facts
- Good English skills (B2) besides your mother tongue (Polish)
- Excellent presentation skills to address small to large audiences considering didactical, methodical and training strategic basics
