Your role and scope of duties:
- Development, adaption and translation of training concepts
- Proofreading of training documents
- Preparation and delivery of trainings in class and online
- Ensure high quality aspects in training delivery
- Maintenance and care of special tools, training equipment and training cars (especially technical trainers)
Your Qualifications:
- University degree of mechanical engineering, business administration or equivalent education
- Practical experience in the automotive industry (ideally on retail level such as dealership management, sales consultant, product specialist, service advisor, assistants, workshop function, body & paint)
- Good training and presentation skills to address small to large audiences considering didactical, methodical and training strategic basics (newcomers & beginners are welcome as well)
- Very good communication skills
- Besides local language essential advanced English written and oral skills
